Moderator of the church as the Trustee thereof. The General Assembly Council or its executives on behalf of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana exercises the powers of the company at a General Meeting. It is a registered member of the Ghana Book Publishers Association and the Ghana Printers and Paper Convertors’ Association
